Blycolin uses cookies on its websites. This way, we can gather information about the use of this and other websites.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small (text) file that is sent along with the pages of a website and that is stored on the hard disk of a computer by the browser. The cookie allows the browser to be recognized upon a return visit to a website.

What are the cookies on blycolin.com used for?

The use of cookies is important for the proper functioning of this website, but we also use cookies of which the effect is not directly discernible (such as Google Analytics). Without anonymous input of visitors, we will not have clear view of the use of our website and how we can improve it.

Browser settings

In the browser settings, it can be indicated that no cookies should be stored on the computer. A warning will then appear before any cookies are placed. By not using cookies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that all functions of the website will function optimally. Changing the browser settings will vary for different browsers, so please consult the help function in your browser.

Removing cookies

Stored cookies can also be removed. Again, for every browser, the method is different and should be repeated for every browser separately.

Internet Explorer
Go to the Extra menu > Internet options > General. Under Browser history, click Remove. To not remove everything all at once, individual cookies can also be selected to be removed.

Firefox
Go to Extra > Options > Privacy. Click on Remove your recent history. Under Details, you can indicate what exactly should be removed. You should at least select Cookies.

Chrome
Click on the icon with three horizontal bars at the top right of your browser. Click on extra > remove browser history. Ensure at least ‘Remove cookies and other site and plug-in details’ is selected.

Safari
Click on the radar icon at the top right of the browser. Click on Preferences, then “Privacy” and click “Remove All Website Data”. This can also be done at “Details” to then remove the selected details.
